Every authority serves these for OpenVibe.Services to fan out and merge; Network's own resources today are its projects, apps, keys and nodes. Planned until Network ships the index; the T2 Fabric offer registry's public routes, today sharing /api/v1/resources, move to /api/v1/offers in the same release.
