chat.timeline-result@1: the answer of GET /internal/chat/timeline on OpenVibe.Chat (capability chat.analysis.read): non-deleted chat_messages of one channel (channel_user_id) or stream (stream_id) counted per bucket between since and until (epoch ms), bucket_ms wide, for OpenVibe.Live's AI moments, chat spikes and activity. Empty buckets are left out; buckets are oldest first. max_id is the highest message id in the window, null when none. A failure is chat.ingress-ack@1's error.
